February 2024 - Fleischmann parts for the older locomotives.

It is becoming increasingly difficult to find parts for Fleischmann's older locomotives. Fortunately, there are (commercial) initiatives that can ensure that our older, but cherished, locomotive fleet keeps running.

This also applies to Kamodel in Sumperk, Czech Republic. Not a model railway shop that rings a bell for many. The distance from the Netherlands is a bit too great for that. Fleischmann-HO.nl, on the other hand, has been in contact with sales and production officer Tomáš Volek for some time.

Tomáš, after the discontinuation of Fleischmann, produced a number of important items himself, including the contact strips for almost all locomotives. You can also contact him for other parts. If the part no longer exists, he may still be able to help you. For a small amount of shipping costs, your vintage model can be on the rails again!
