November 2020 - The Fleischmann catalogue 1964/65.

The year 1964 was a special year for Fleischmann; in addition to the facility in Nürnberg, a new production location in Heilsbronn is taken into use.

The novelties include the class 70.0 tank locomotive of the DB (order number 1316) and the diesel locomotive of the SNCF class 68000 (order number 1386).
Among the coaches we find the extension of the three-axle "Umbauwagen", a coach with 2nd class and luggage compartment (order number 1408). For the Dutch Railways, Fleischmann is introducing the blue 1st / 2nd class coach from the K series (order number 1530).

A small number of new freight wagons complete the novelties for this year.
In the area of rails, Fleischmann is releasing a few new rail sets (Z16 and Z17) to expand the starter sets. Also new is the unloading street for the self-unloaders.
