January 2023 - It's all about the boxes!
Every now and then we see questions on various forums about the boxes and/or packaging for our model railway items. Especially the packaging for passenger coaches and freight wagons is often requested. These plastic boxes apparently break quite often. At Fleischmann we could easily order the plastic packaging for the coaches and wagons.
Fortunately, Modelleisenbahn GmbH has now also adopted this beautiful packaging for Roco's train assortment.
There are three sizes for these boxes: 150, 225 and 300 mm, as also described on the page 'The Boxes / Coaches and wagons'.
Attention; the boxes and lids are named and sold separately, although the model train shop will often offer them together at the same time. Of course, the cardboard and plastic inlays are not included.
